Day 2 is designed to keep the 3 Days Rwanda Gorilla Safari route organized and comfortable. Your Intare Safaris guide manages timing, park or activity coordination, luggage, vehicle comfort and practical interpretation so the day feels smooth rather than rushed.
Detailed Experience
Report to the park headquarters for registration and briefing, then enter the forest with ranger guides to search for a habituated gorilla family. The trek can be short or demanding depending on where the gorillas nested the previous night. Once located, you spend the regulated viewing time observing feeding, movement, family interaction and the forest environment. Your guide helps with porter coordination, walking pace and post-trek transfer back to the lodge.

After breakfast, enjoy a final relaxed morning before the transfer to the airport, city hotel or next safari connection. Your guide can include a short shopping stop, viewpoint, coffee stop or lunch depending on flight time. This day is also suitable for connecting the safari to Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, South Sudan or a 4x4 car rental extension.
